Privacy Policy

When you sign in with X, Reply Radar receives your X user ID, username, display name and profile image. We store your watchlist, priorities, saved opportunities, reply/dismiss activity, alert preferences and product settings. We also process and cache public X account, post and engagement information needed to operate Radar and Discover.

The Android app may store an FCM device registration token so Reply Radar can send native opportunity notifications. Notification permission can be changed in Android settings. We also maintain secure session records so you can remain signed in.

Reply Radar does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, SMS or call history for its current functionality.

Paid subscriptions are processed through applicable payment providers. Payment providers may collect payment and transaction information. Reply Radar stores identifiers and subscription status needed to determine access, but does not store full payment card numbers.

We use service analytics to understand aggregate product usage. We may process technical request information, including IP-derived data, for authentication, security, rate limiting, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

We use information to authenticate users, provide and personalize Radar and Discover, calculate opportunity signals, deliver alerts, track user-requested reply performance, provide subscriptions, secure the service and improve Reply Radar.

Information is shared only as needed with providers that operate Reply Radar, including hosting/database, analytics, authentication/API, notification and payment providers; when legally required; to protect users or the service; or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Reply Radar uses the X API and is independent from X Corp. Public X content remains subject to X's terms and policies. Our current authentication permissions are read-only and do not authorize Reply Radar to publish posts, likes, reposts or direct messages on your behalf.

We retain account and service data while needed to provide Reply Radar and for legitimate security, legal, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. Cached public X data may be refreshed or removed as required.

You can request deletion from the in-app Settings screen or at replyradar.lol/account-deletion. Account deletion removes or anonymizes Reply Radar account data that we are not legally required to retain. Data held independently by payment, X or other providers remains subject to their policies.

You can manage alerts in Reply Radar and Android settings, manage billing through available subscription controls, and request access, correction or deletion by contacting us. Applicable law may provide additional rights depending on your location.

Reply Radar is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must meet applicable age requirements for X and payment services.

Reply Radar is operated from the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

We use reasonable safeguards including HTTP-only authentication cookies, server-side credentials, rate limiting and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date below will be updated when changes are made.
